How to get Technical Support
If there is a need our team can take remote control of your computer using Teamviewer and guide you to solve issues/queries related to our software. Our version of Teamviewer will not work with earlier or newer versions of teamviwer. You need to use our version of Teamviwer to enable our team to connect to you. You can download the software from the following links
This version of Teamviewer is a small file of approx 3MB and does not require any installation on your computer. All that you need to do is to download the Executable file using one of the links relavent to the Operating System that you are using, and then double click on the file to run the software. On running the software your Partner ID and password will be displayed. Please let our team know the Partner ID and they can then connect to you.
- There is no installation required for the software
- After downloading the file just double click on the file to run it
- On running the software it will show you a nine digit ID
- Give this ID to the Support team and they will then be able to connect to your computer
- If you have a Free Version of Team viewer installed on your computer you may need to remove it
